Paix Sur Terre means "Peace on Earth" and has long been the dream of Winemaker Ryan Pease and wife/business partner Nicole Pease. Together, the two have produced award-winning wine year after year, garnering local and national attention.
Paix Sur Terre's grapes are sourced from nine stunning vineyards on the west side of Paso Robles and are considered some of the greatest sites in the area. The fruit is always picked with freshness in mind to express a balance of mouthwatering, savory, and mineral qualities of the vineyards in which they are grown.
